I’m a yoga teacher based in Leicester, sharing gentle yoga classes that help women slow down, soften, and come home to themselves.

I believe yoga isn’t about touching your toes or mastering difficult poses.

It’s about taking an hour to breathe deeply, move kindly, quiet the noise of everyday life, and remember who you are underneath it all.

My classes are calm, welcoming spaces, where yoga meets you exactly as you are — whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after years away.
