5.45 - 6.45pm - Slow Flow Yoga
A mindful, steady flow designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and release the stress of the week.
This class blends gentle strength with deep stretches, leaving you feeling calmer, more grounded, and ready to ease into your weekend.
7.00 - 8.00pm - Yin Yoga & Meditation
A deeply calming combination of gentle yin yoga and guided meditation, designed to help you fully switch off.
Long, supported holds allow the body to soften and release, followed by meditation to quiet the mind.
Bring blankets and pillows for extra cosiness — this is your space to rest.
